Let’s Laugh and Play on Zoom!

And now for something slightly different……
Come and join me for some laughter and play.

When: Sunday 19th April 2020 at 4pm!

Where: In your own hone!

For 10-15 minutes we will be playing with what is.

This is not Laughter Yoga as you know it – haha =D
It will be free flowing, spontaneous, daft and lots of fun!

In a world and time where humans are experiencing stressful events it can be great for us to make a shift into playfulness if only for a short while.
This is not to minimise or make light of current events but to loosen the chain of fear and anxiety that we might find gripping us through the course of our day.
We all know that laughter is wonderful gift and great for our well-being but I won’t and don’t claim that you will personally gain any specific benefits.
Let us simply get into the moment and explore how it makes us feel.

The session starts prompt so make sure to join us on time or you’ll have no idea what’s going on hehe.

If you enjoy it I’ll make it a regular slot.
