Starting on Monday 4th November at Marsden Mechanics on Peel Street is Marsden Meditation.
Open to all regardless of experience from beginners to seasoned meditators alike.
The session starts promptly at 9.30 – 10.15am so arrive a few minutes early to check in and pay. Due to the nature of the session late arrivals will not be admitted as it would be too disruptive to those meditating.
£6 per person per class or just £30 for a block of 6 consecutive sessions. It’s a drop in session so no need to book.
Please wear comfortable clothing that isn’t too restrictive.
I like to keep the sessions as relaxing as possible so you are free to choose your meditating position. Chairs will be available or if you prefer to sit or lay on the floor please bring a cushion/zafu or a blanket.
Each week I will guide you through a different breathing exercise before sliding into a sumptuous relaxation.
We will practice a variety of meditation techniques including zen, mantra, healing circle, loving kindness, visualisation, chakra, laughter, mindfulness, trataka (gazing), ho’oponopono, movement and deep listening and I will also take you through some guided breathing exercises to promote deep relaxation for mind, body and heart.
