Here’s a Laughter Workshop specifically tailored for those experiencing perimenopause or menopause.
We go through many transitions in life and, for women, this is just one.
For some it can be a challenge – for others a breeze.
And though the symptoms of menopause may not be a laughing matter laughter can certainly bring a sense of well-being to our body and mind from helping to regulate our mood to helping relieve insomnia.
Not only will we be working on the well-being aspect of the menopause with laughter and play but we will also be celebrating it.
Spaces on this workshop are£7 per person and limited to a group size of 10.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the session at 10.45 as doors will be locked at 11am.
There’s no need to bring anything other than yourself, your smile and a willingness to let go.
No special clothing or equipment required.
