A Flush of Laughter.
I’ve just finished putting together a Laughter Workshop aimed at those experiencing perimenopause or menopause.
We go through many transitions in life and, for women, this is just one.
For some it can be a challenge, for others it’s a breeze.
And though, for some, the symptoms of perimenopause aren’t a laughing matter laughter can certainly bring a sense of well-being to our body and mind from helping to regulate our mood to helping to relieve insomnia.
Not only will we be working on the well-being aspect of the menopause with laughter and play but we will also be celebrating it.
When I’ve sorted a venue I’ll set it up as an event and if you would like me to host this workshop at your venue do get in touch.
