Come and join us on International Day Of Peace for some Laughter In The Park on Wednesday 21st September 11 – 12noon.
As well as all the many physical and psychological benefits laughter has the power to foster connection, uniting us and deepening communication thus improving relationships. Laughter increases our sense of belonging and feeling valued.
When we share laughter together there can be no fighting or hostility – only joy and peace and, of course, we all laugh in the same language.
So let’s all get together to share this special hour joyfully.
Non-political and non religious Laughter Yoga is suitable for any age or ability.
