Meditation Is Now A Laughing Matter

Have you experienced a laughter meditation?
Laughter meditation is what we’re building up to with the laughter exercises in a Laughter Yoga session. It can take some getting used to but can be quite a cathartic experience. Relax into it, go with the flow and let it all out
