“Why join a Laughter Club or go to a Laughter Workshop – I laugh all the time?” I hear you say. The answer is because the things we laugh at in every day life are conditional. Conditional on the fact that you come across something that makes you laugh and conditional that you find it funny to start with as everyone’s humour is different. In Laughter Yoga we are laughing on purpose – it is intentional laughter so we are not relying on external circumstances.
And laughter really connects you with people.
