The Lunchtime Laughter Project

Take time out of your day to join us at Huddersfield Lunchtime Laughter Club.

Do you get stressed at work or maybe you live alone or are a carer. Do you have a condition that might benefit from having more laughter in your life such as depression, MS, PTSD, CFS or maybe you’re looking for a way to increase your levels of happiness? Whatever the reason this Lunchtime Laughter Project could be just what you need. Come along and give it a try.

Combining laughter exercises and deep, yogic breathing brings wonderful benefits to our physiological and psychological wellbeing AND it’s great fun!!
I’m also currently organising a workshop for a Saturday or Sunday for those that can’t make a midweek daytime class so watch this space for more details….
