Wellness Through Laughter Workshop

Want to laugh away the winter blues or just need another good dose of laughter?
Then come along to my next Wellness Through Laughter Workshop on Saturday 30th January 2 – 3 pm at The Parish Centre, Uppermill.
This workshop uses laughter as an exercise combined with deep, yogic breathing to bring positive benefits, health and happiness to our lives.
Bring a friend, your partner, your granny, a stranger.
Come on let’s get laffing!
For the greatest benefits for our well-being it is best to practice laughter and breathing exercises regularly. So, with this in mind, I will also be setting up a regular (possibly twice monthly) weekday Laughter Club in Uppermill in the near future so watch this space for more details.
