This workshop uses laughter as an exercise combined with deep, yogic breathing to bring positive benefits, health and happiness to our lives.

For the greatest benefits for our well-being it is best to practice laughter and breathing exercises regularly. So, with this in mind, I will also be setting up a regular (possibly twice monthly) weekday Laughter Club in Uppermill in the near future so watch this space for more details.
