Laughter Yoga incorporates a lot of playfulness. As children we play a lot and it is vital to our learning, health and happiness but as we reach adulthood we can really lose this important aspect of our lives. Playfulness lifts our spirits, helps us to lose our inhibitions, reconnects us socially and helps us to heal both physically and psychologically. Take time every day to be playful, sing, dance and laugh and you will reap the benefits.
